Shipping of your Package
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 to 3 days following receipt of payment. Certain products may be subject to longer delivery times, for example a nautical chart originating from the United States. The usual delivery times are systematically indicated on the relevant product pages. Products are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and may be delivered with or without signature. Parcels may also be shipped via DHL and will then require a signature upon delivery. Regardless of the delivery method selected, a link enabling you to track your parcel online will be provided.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
