Attachment 1 to the Final'act is the International Convention on Civil l'ability for Bunker Oil pollution d'mage, 2001 (Bunkers Convention).

The Conference also adoptd resolutions on

• Limitation of l'ability;
• Promotion of Technical Co-operation;
• Protection for persons Taking Measures to prevent or Minimize the Effects of Oil pollution.
